Our
Story
Celia and Jonathan started out in property in 1997 when we bought our first house in Preston. A few years later we bought the worst house on the best street that we could afford. It was uninhabitable and we loved designing and developing it to become the home in which we raised our 2 children. Celia particularly loved the interior design elements, getting a balance between functional living spaces and beautiful individual design.

In 2013 we moved to Liverpool to do the same thing on a bigger scale and this wonderful city quickly became our home. We welcomed in lodgers to live with us, built a great relationship with some of the further education establishments here and have now housed over 30 students.

Phoenix Living Ltd. was set up in 2019. Celia quit teaching to focus full time on developing the property business including furniture upcycling to use in the rental accommodation and for retail. Having completed courses with Property Investor Network and New Era Training, she is never far from Zoopla looking for the next property deal.
